Meet the leaders helping drive Fastbreak Impact's mission forward.

John serves as Chairman of the Board of Fastbreak Impact and is the CEO and co-founder of Fastbreak AI, the sports technology company that powers the foundation. For John, the mission of Impact is deeply personal. He grew up wrestling, and he has seen firsthand both the value of youth sports and the rising cost of staying in the game.
John co-founded Fastbreak AI in 2022 to solve scheduling and operations for leagues, tournaments, and events, drawing partners including the NBA and SEC. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from WPI and lives in Charlotte with his wife and five sons, all of whom played youth sports.

Megan is President of Fastbreak Impact Foundation and President of the Underdog Ventures team, a brand-building agency serving sports, tech, media, and nonprofit clients.
Her career spans global live events, blue-chip brand consulting, and major sponsorship negotiations, including PepsiCo's NBA partnership and Mountain Dew's NASCAR deal with Dale Earnhardt Jr. A Sports Business Journal Game Changer, she is a Davidson Day School Board Trustee and lives in Davidson, NC with her husband and daughter.

Elliott is Senior Vice President and Global Sports Partnerships Executive at Bank of America, where he has led the bank's sports portfolio since 2002.
He oversees strategic partnerships with Augusta National, FIFA, MLB, NFL, NBA, MLS, NHL, NASCAR, and major marathons worldwide. A UNC Chapel Hill graduate with an MBA from Appalachian State, he brings deep expertise in sponsorship strategy, partnership ROI, and client engagement to the Fastbreak Impact board.

Sandra is CEO of Ambi Ventures and a proven leader at the intersection of sports, technology, and immersive media. At Intel, she pioneered the company's entry into VR, securing partnerships with the NFL, NBA, and global soccer clubs.
She co-chairs the technical committee for the Sports Integrity Global Alliance and serves on the Junior Achievement USA technical committee. A Sports Business Journal Game Changer and AdWeek Top Women in Sports honoree, she holds a B.S. from UC Davis.

Dave brings nearly two decades of leadership in sports licensing, merchandising, and event retail to the Fastbreak Impact board.
He served as President of Legends Global Merchandise, overseeing retail for the College Football Playoff and Super Bowl. As President and CEO of MainGate, he built the firm into a national partner to NFL and NBA teams, the NCAA, Big Ten, USGA, and NHRA. A graduate of Indiana University, he is based in the Indianapolis area.

Greg is a three-time Pro Bowl tight end and the first at his position to record three consecutive 1,000-yard receiving seasons. Since retiring, he has become a leading NFL analyst for FOX Sports, calling Super Bowl LVII.
A two-time Walter Payton Man of the Year finalist, he and his family founded the HEARTest Yard to support families facing congenital heart disease. A native of Wayne, NJ, he lives in Charlotte with his wife and three children.

Aly is a two-time Olympic gold medalist, co-founder and board co-chair of Bay FC in the NWSL, and lead match analyst for FOX Sports.
She earned 131 caps for the U.S. Women's National Team, won the Hermann Trophy at Santa Clara University, and in 2018 became the first woman to call a men's FIFA World Cup match on U.S. English-language television. She has four children and is based in the San Jose area.
