If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. Fastbreak Impact is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The Site includes a portal through which families may apply for grants to support youth sports participation. By submitting a grant application, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. Submission of an application does not guarantee award of a grant. All grant decisions are made in the sole discretion of Fastbreak Impact and are final.
You understand that information submitted through the grant portal may be reviewed by Fastbreak Impact staff and volunteers for the purpose of evaluating applications. Please do not include information you are not comfortable sharing for this purpose.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Fastbreak Impact or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print materials from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. No other use is permitted without prior written consent from Fastbreak Impact.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Statement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
